Joe Pujol
Attorney
Attorney Joe Pujol’s real estate and family asset planning practice focuses on helping families plan for and protect the most substantial assets in their lives.
Joe graduated from Oregon Northwestern School of Law in 1994. During his studies, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Jones on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. Upon graduating, he joined the prestigious law firm of Squires & Lopez, P.C., working under the direct supervision of the now Honorable Angel Lopez of the 4th Judicial District in Oregon.
In 1996, Joe became a member of the Florida Bar and began practicing real estate law and mortgage planning. Now, with over 22 years in practice and as the founder of Pujol Law, Joe has directly handled and supervised thousands of residential and commercial real estate and planning matters. His dedication and commitment to his community were rewarded by the State of Florida, appointing Pujol Law to serve as an official Florida Hardest Hit Fund Advisory Agency. This program provided families most impacted by the real estate financial crisis, and whose incomes could no longer support payment of their mortgage, with funding to pay or reinstate their mortgage.
Joe has continued his education and practices the © New Law Business Model (NLBM) way and is now recognized as a highly respected lawyer and trusted advisor who helps you make the very best personal, financial, legal, and business decisions for your family.
Joe enjoys educating the community on real estate, business planning, and family wealth planning and preservation. His passion and inspiration comes from his own family; Joe is the proud father of Joshua, Marcos and Dylan.

Julius Siler brings 40 years of experience to Pujol Law. His areas of expertise include homeowner preservation, loss mitigation, estate planning, live presentations, and customer service. He is a father of 3 daughters and grandfather of 6. He understands the importance of having a good estate plan, protecting your family and assets you’ll leave behind.

Laney has over 15 years of experience in the estate planning industry. After managing an estate planning law firm for several years, she went on to train law firm teams across the country in estate planning processes. This makes her an invaluable asset in helping to plan estates, as she not only drafts estate plans, she creates systems and streamlines processes.
