Joe Pujol Estate Planning Attorney

Attorney Joe Pujol’s real estate and family asset planning practice focuses on helping families plan for and protect the most substantial assets in their lives. He excels in guiding his clients through the often intricate maze of property acquisitions and financial decisions and then follows through with plans that ensure his clients’ and their families’ peace of mind and financial well-being for the years to come. His considerable legal experience transcends real estate transactional law and includes a keen sense of family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based planning. Joe has always maintained that the life best lived is always supported with a well thought-out, foundational plan. Just as he prepares for the unpredictable Florida weather, as many of us do, he prepares for and helps others prepare for life’s plan.

Joe graduated law school from the Oregon Northwestern School of Law in 1994. During his studies, he participated in the legal clinic serving low-income client and subsequently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Jones on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. Upon graduating he joined the prestigious law firm of Squires & Lopez, P.C., working under the direct supervision of the now Honorable Angel Lopez of the 4th Judicial District in Oregon. In 1996, Joe returned to his native home and became a member of the Florida Bar. Upon which he began practicing real estate law and mortgage planningNow, with over 22 years in practice and as the founder of the Pujol Law Group, Joe has directly handled and supervised thousands of residential and commercial real estate and planning matters. Over the years, he has counseled thousands of families and hundreds of foreclosure clients during the mortgage crisis from 2007 and continues to do so today. His dedication and commitment to his community were rewarded by the State of Florida appointing the Pujol Law Group to serve as an official Florida Hardest Hit Fund Advisory Agency, one of only a handful of law firms statewide to have this privilege, from the program’s inception in 2009 to it's conclusion in 2017. This program provided families most impacted by the real estate financial crisis, and whose incomes could no longer support payment of their mortgage, with funding to pay their mortgage or to reinstate their mortgage if they fell behind. The Pujol Law Group was consistently in top tier of performers and the Hardest Hit Fund Advisory Agency with one of the most successful funding approval rates in the program state wide.

Joe has continued his education and practices the © New Law Business Model (NLBM) way and is now recognized as highly respected Personal Family Lawyer®. A Personal Family Lawyer® is a trusted advisor who helps you make the very best personal, financial, legal, and business decisions for your family throughout your lifetime.

Joe knows that having a well thought-out plan is how we protect our loved ones today and continue to do so when we are no longer, physically around. He enjoys educating his community on a variety of topics including real estate, business planning, and family wealth planning and preservation. He has chosen to concentrate on Real Estate, Trusts and Estates and is passionate about protecting children and helping families enjoy a happy and secure future. Most importantly, Joe is the proud father of Joshua, Marcos and Dylan, the inspiration behind him to living life well lived and planned for.
